Christmas & New Year Our workshop will close on December 22rd & re-open on January 23th 2023. All of our gifts are made to order and all orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class so please take this into account for Christmas Gifts. Our website will be closed to orders over the Christmas period but you are free to browse.

Express Delivery
For those sticky moments when you realise you haven’t time to wait we can also offer Express and Saturday delivery service. Your gift will be ready for dispatch on the day of order and be sent
Guaranteed Next Day delivery the following day. This service costs £8.55
Urgent Greeting Cards will be dispatched via 1st class Royal mail which is a 1 Day service (not guaranteed)

Returns
As a valued customer we want you to be 100% happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply contact us at any time within 7 working days of receipt and will arrange collection of the goods and issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement item.
